I am indeed not old enough to remember, but I am well aware. The stories I have heard.

Someone post the pic of that toilet stall that concealed the door to the back room in 'Desperado'.

On second thought, nevermind.

Two minors and eleven other guys standing around supervising the digging. Must have been a union worksite with seniority rules in effect.

From TFA: a pretend toilet that was equipped with a sophisticated hydraulic mechanism that allowed the toilet to move completely," Aviles said.

The only reason they were caught was because a Mexican toilet gave the appearance of actually working!

The tunnel, near the Otay border checkpoint, had electricity, air conditioning and even a phone line.

Is said tunnel rent stabilized? 'Tis better than what I've got.

I used it quite often on the ranch, actually. Strong smelling stuff, cuz it's binded to anhydrous ammonia. Meth makers, before they realized they could get ahold of pure anhydrous ammonia pretty easily, would get it from paraquat.

There's a lot more out here in Farker land than you know. Hell I remember smoking weed when it was 5 bucks a bag for a 5 finger bag. You kiddies are now paying out the ass for it. hahha

I am, and have often wondered how many people were injured by the genius Paraquat Pot program. They have said it didn't harm anyone, but I don't know about that. Wasn't that program one of St. Ronnie's and his minion James Watt? And how the hell did the US get to fly planes into a sovereign county (Mexico) to crop dust?

Yeah, I can barely remember pot being that dirt cheap. I didn't smoke it in those days, but I recall my older brothers and cousins talking about it. Anyone remember what a 'lid' was? I recall my brother buying 'lids' for $15 bucks, and today that amount would last me 6 months.

I tried and failed to find linkage to the parody song "Paraquat Pot" sung to the tune of Neil Diamond's "Porcupine Pie." I cry your pardon.

But this guy still approves:

So how many tunnels already exist and have not been discovered? If you catch one, there are probably more.
