Of course, diddling a student is MASSIVELY unethical and the teacher should lose her license to teach forever.

In a sane world, that would be about it-- unless the girl was mentally disabled or was clearly coerced or something like that.

If that 17 year old had shot somebody while robbing a liquor store you can be pretty damn sure she would have been held responsible for her actions.

Oh, well. Since the accused is an attractive woman there's a chance she will be shown some mercy.

If it had been a guy in this case-- well, that would be one more person locked up for decades for no good reason.
