Depends on what stretch and what time of day, during rush hour (and before and after) it's pretty frickin' slow, especially near hwy 100 and 35W. Most traffic probably goes 60 to 65 when it's not busy.

And 109 on pretty much any part of 62 West of the 35W interchange could probably be considered reckless driving.
