That's a fake. It was originally purported to be from an issue of GamePro (and has been widely assumed by many people that it is), but the guy that created it has done some others, and they're all equally fake.

Indeed! I am disappoint. Sorry to have given out incorrect information.

I do think that it came from GamePro's incredibly lame protips, though. If anyone has an old mag, you'll find some good ones.

I used to commute by train tracks in Chicago. Every day I'd see intricate graffiti, and like the artwork involved. However, nothing compared to the simple elegance of the guy who scrawled, "Titties and Beer" on one car for a succinct outline of the scope of human need.

Sorry, no. I didn't go around commuting crimes when i was barely a teenager.


I also don't know why a lot of people don't consider it a serious crime.

Loitering, trespassing (like hanging out in a parking lot at 2AM), etc. These are victimless crimes that i can see using some leeway in when it comes to enforcement. But graffiti often causes *significant* damage to both public/private property, and indirectly to things like property values, perception of public safety, etc.


Its not just bored kids looking for something to do. Its an intentional, destructive act against the community.
