Harry's has fine (bar) food. I've had lunch there several times with DC Farkers.

Also, even though the address says 11th Street, go in the E Street door across from ESPN Zone. That's the bar entrance and you won't have to walk through the bathroom and seating area.

Last time I went to Harry's I was refused service for being too drunk, so I stole some silverware from a table on my way out. I think the bartender was right.
