*grumble*

Martin's still got a shot. I'm hoping for a 48 blown engine early in the race and a Martin top 5.

I'm not hoping for an engine problem because that is too unlikely. Instead I am relying on Scott Speed to do something stupid on pit lane. He pits only two boxes behind the 48.

Congrats to Rowdy Busch, winning the Nationwide race AND championship yesterday.

Unlike some drivers I know, he worked hard all season to earn the championship.

Still, GO MARK!

After JJ leads the first lap, it becomes something like 27th until Martin leads a lap.

Woo, that was awesome.

Hi, all!

All we need is for a 1st lap Big One, taking out 42 cars, leaving only Mark as the surviving driver.

What if Kyle took out Johnson in lap 10? He'd gain some fans, at least ;)

I'm pretty sure Wil has dibs. He was the first to proclaim his man-crush on him.

I left to do my laundry, what happened to Ambrose? Was he given a drive through penalty for passing the 48?

Hey, RaceDay is free today. Just make sure you use IE, it's wonky in FF.

What the hell is happening to Ambrose?

Did Junior's bad luck get switched to him somehow?

You know, if they're going to insist on running NASCAR races up against football, they should have the common decency to stagger the commercials.

I have a good feeling about the 31 today. RCR seems to have gotten their heads out of their ass.

I liked the Scrubs commercial.

The "An Officer and a Gentleman" reference was good.

Why the hell did my Niners choose Alex Smith over Aaron Rogers?

I'll never understand that...

/yeah, the Pack just beat my Niners.

Andretti hit the wall (I know, I was surprised too!) and he blew tire chunks everywhere.

Johnson's radio has been occasionally amusing - he was dropping f-bombs about the 42 earlier

It's only fair. The idea of JJ winning another championship makes me blow chunks, too.
