You know Obama's secretary of education proposed magnate schools for at risk blacks and gays, keeping them separate from the other students.

Meanwhile Obama held back all funding for freedom of school choice in DC that allowed poor blacks to attend more highly funded rich white districts despite the massive increase in test scores the voucher program had achieved for at risk children.
