At Del Dios Jr High (Escondido, CA) I instigated many food fights. Please don't tell anyone.

It might take a little bit of lateral thinking, but you will get there.

That is the most stupid farking thing I ever heard. What happened to just making all the kids stay at lunch until they cleaned the freaking place up? Then you maybe hit them with an after school suspension.

God damn it so much what the hell is happening in schools. The entire school board should be thrown out next election. Run on a food Fights Are Not A Crime ticket.

The coolest song (new window) about a food fight you will hear all day.

They were also suspended for two days by the school, the Calumet middle-school campus of Perspectives Charter Schools, in the Gresham neighborhood on the South Side.

Is there not more pressing things for the Chicago police to do than deal with a school's over reaction to throwing cookies and apples? Thanks for wasting law enforcement resources fark wads.

Ms. Shulla-Cose described the entire episode as "unfortunate" and added, "We don't take this lightly."

There are many things I could accuse this person of and none of them would be taking a food fight lightly.

As a very fat man, I demand that they bring these children to justice! How many more hot dogs must go to waste?

Farking chicken shiat cops. I'm sure someone from the Fark FOP will be by to explain why arresting these kids was necessary and in the best interest of the public.

BTW this wasn't a comment about the police it was a comment towards the school officials.

I trust I'm not alone in being highly perturbed here ... so, people are no longer arrested for crimes, they are arrested merely for being near cops?

Psssh, that's nothing. The year after I graduated, my high school had food fight so massive that was reported on freakin' Pravda.

Link

From what I've heard from my younger sister and friends, it was the start of a long, ugly slide for the school.

When I was in middle school, I strangled a kid in the lunch room and all I got was a 3 day suspension.

Who knows what would have happened if I threw beef cutlet at him first.

But what if it wasn't food? What if it was bombs? Or sextings?

Holy farking giant zit.

What an epic fail for the school and the cops.

Can't stop a food fight without arresting 25 kids?
Giant farking twatwaffles at that school.

and the cops???

Well Sarge, we stopped the terrorist food fighters today.

-How'd you do that?

We arrested 25 fourteen year old food throwing hoodlems...

-(facepalm)

Seriously just close up the hot food side of the cafeteria. Eventually they'll run out of ammo.

What an arrest in Chicago MAY look like.

2009-11-11 01:24:46 AM
By the end of the day, 25 of the students, ages 11 to 15, had been rounded up, arrested, taken from school and put in jail. A spokesman for the Chicago police said the charges were reckless conduct, a misdemeanor.

In case anyone was wondering, this is a sign of why this country is farked.

2009-11-11 01:31:02 AM
You gotta be farking kidding me.

At worst, this is detention, unless you find a way to actually kill someone with a thrown banana.

/Yeah, the choir, I'm preaching to.

Jeeziz Aitch Keerist, this. The charges against the students should be "horseplay" and "excessive rowdiness" and the charges against the school staff and administration should be "immaturity", "insecurity", and "FAIL".

It says a lot about the teachers at the school when they can't even assert their authority over a bunch of middle school kids without involving the police.

Jesus this country's gotten over-reactive, overly-PC, and police-happy.

Things have gotten bad since the days when teachers could grab you by the arm and sling you out of the cafeteria and into the principal's office without fear of a lawsuit.

That does seem pretty dumb for their age. Yeah at 18+ I could see problems but not at 11.
I was never in a food fight though, the idiotic jocks at my schools were satisfied with ruining the lives of the intelligent specifically, and a food fight might hurt someone else.

The durian is a massive and hideous fruit that can kill people when it falls from its tree. It's the most hardcore fruit ever.

The more you know
