Wanted for questioning.

Heavily bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and talk of dragons worked against Jay Danny Crawford, 22, when he was pulled over by police...

Jay Danny? Is Cairns the Florida of Queensland?

Are you kidding me? When was the last time you saw any news from a comic/D&D/Anime/whatever convention?

The way half of these idiots act and dress opens them up for all kinds of power wedgies and stuffing into lockers... I dont care if they are in their 30's and living in their parents basement.

Does that mean he needs alcohol?

Eh, I've had worse hallucinations from sleep deprivation and dehydration. Not that it's technically legal for me to drive around in that state most places either...

The Cairns man returned a negative blood alcohol reading.

But suspicious police then asked him to get out of his car and Crawford's unsteadiness..."

This is really getting out of hand. By all means, pull someone over if they are behaving erratically; pull them over if they are presenting a danger to those around them. Don't just pick people for the f*ck of it, and subject them to random chemical tests. And don't harass them further when they pass the random chemical checks.

Yeah, setting up checkpoints is cheating.

Considering the fact that the man was seeing "mystical dragons," I feel your attempt at trolling is somewhere around 2/10 with the extra point for paragraph length.

For opponents of marijuana legalization, this is a good example of how DUI laws will still cover people driving stoned.

Reminds me of the time I busted out my car window while 4 wheeling in Highschool. I had eaten a ten strip of geltabs then had to go home to seal the window up. (that's alot of "acid" for all you straight-lacers)

I could tell my mom kept trying to smell me for alcohol, all the while I kept trying to decipher the White Wheat bag of bread that turned into cryptic alien writing....and her face melted off the bone...The hallucination sounds cliche but that was the only face melting I ever experienced...

...My mom later told me how proud she was that I wasn't drinking that night. HAHA!

Yeah... it was probably dusted with something. My point was more that police officers can identify someone as being under the influence of a drug by means other than a breathalyzer. Therefore, the anti-drug legalization people should chill out on their end of the world wet dreams whenever the subject of legalization comes up (like some of my family). The legalization morons who think it will be license to do whatever they want should also wise up. Don't drive farked up whether your pick of poisons is alcohol, prescription meds, weed, heroin, licking toads, or whatever else that will throw off your senses.

I like how they're specifically mystical dragons. Not those mundane dragons you usually get around these parts.
