Why don't the Mexicans just eat the orphans and kill two birds with one stone?

/Call me when Gina Gershon auctions off a meat and greet.

Jackman would raise a lot more auctioning off meat and greets.

I dunno I'm pretty sure Mayer can still fill a stadium. I don't know Jackman outside of X-Men movies but I'd rather go watch someone play heady riffs for awhile.

/Also, I hear he often smokes with some fans after shows
//Wonder how much his autograph would sell for on ebay

Meh, give 'em both an "A" for effort. I don't see anyone else doing anything noble with their time right now.

I haven't seen the X-Men movies, but "The Prestige" is a truly awesome Hugh Jackman movie. You should check it out sometime.

And John Mayer is a ridiculously good guitar player.

You know what's worse? That he doesn't even know you exist, so while you are here, wasting your time telling us all how much you don't like him, he is somewhere wasting nothing on you.

I will always thank John Mayer for his song "Your Body is a Wonderland," because that song totally worked on chicks in high school.Plus he is a really good guitar player.

Actually celebs depend upon others approval and liking (read "fans"), while people holding regular jobs don't. It's kind of a big deal if a lot of people don't like a particular performer/singer/actor, while for a normal person, it doesn't really matter (unless they want to do that person bodily harm).

Alright I may have been drinking but let me take a try at this anyway.

OK, celebs do depend on people's "approval and liking" but they generally count those in numbers of those who 'do' not in numbers of people who 'don't care'; they depend on the number who do, and the amount of money they are willing to spend on their amount of caring.

/also for normal people it DOES very much, generally matter how many people like them, unless they are completely self employed they depend on others working with and around them to be somewhat personable with them or else they risk being disliked and and eventually fired at work, in most any kind of job I can think of.
