Are we just talking about a cruiser with a steel mesh between the front and back seats, or does this mean something more hardcore? C'mon, cop Farkers, help me understand...

So they let him ride in the front seat until he started being a dick and then moved him to a normal police car back seat? Really riveting stuff there.

As a community service I GIS "squad car cage". All I got were some scantily clad women and Nicholas Cage photos.

Iz teh internets broken?

Now I must go lie down. The Nicholas Cage pics scared me.

One would think he'd drink his ales in the comfort of The Green Dragon and walk the 13 feet home.

/I know brandywine isn't near The Green Dragon, whatever

you know you had a good night when you can only put together the events from the night before with the aid of text messages, facebook posts, and sent mms.

Once upon a time I was a social worker in the county hospital's psyciatric ER. We'd get all sorts of troubled souls brought in but sometimes they were just profoundly drunk. In our office, on the board where we kept the status of patients on the unit, I added two new designations:

BAC above .2%: Liquored-up.
BAC above .25%: Liquored-up Real Good.

We had a guy measure in at .4% BAC. The book said he should have been dead, but there he was sitting up, looking around, capable of nearly relevant speech. He was a pro.

A while ago, I received an email telling me that an old old friend of mine that I hadn't spoken with in quite a long time replied to a message of mine on facebook. His reply was, "Yes, I have ten minutes."

So, curious, I opened facebook and found that I sent him the following message, "Do you have ten minutes?"

The article says that he was moved after he started kicking in the dashboard. My guess is that the police let him ride shotgun, he acted like an ass, they moved him to a squad car with a more US design.

Rode in front once with a female CHP officer. She was very hot and very professional.

I disagree with subbie. He wasn't drunk enough to avoid the need for caged transport. Definitely a case of the glass is half empty, not the glass is half full.
