MalloreeH: Yeah, I think there is a bit of an issue with our society as far as what's OK and what's not OK... but, this guy definitely went too far.

I can see how he was carrying on to be personally offensive, especially when he was turned down continuously; that would step it up to harassment. Also, the ones where he treats women more as sexual objects than potential sexual partners. I don't see any problem with making suggestive comments to a coworker, at least once to see if they're interested. They might be lewd, but at worst, you go "ick", he leaves you alone from there on out, and there's no issue. If they keep it up, that's harassment, regardless of whether it's sexual or not.
