I heard that in season 10 Jack's wife comes back as leader of an elite terrorist cell comprised of everyone Jack has ever killed. Either revived, cloned or just given a pallet swap.

Final battle is a small fire fight taking place during a massive fire fight inside a Metal Gear on top of the White House in the eye of the largest hurricane recorded in history. Only Jack survives making him the President.

Maybe somebody on Fark can clear this up for me. In the early part of season 5 when people are searching for Palmer's assassin, there is surveillance footage of a guy that looks exactly like Jack entering the building where the sniper was. Maybe I missed it during season 5, but did they ever figure out who it was? If the identity of this guy is revelead in the 6th season (which I haven't seen) please spare me the pain and tell me who he is.

I watched the whole last season faithfully, but for the life of me I can't remember what happened to Tony Almeda at the end.

Almeda lived and was taken into custody at the end of the season. The fate of the Cubs mug, however, is unknown.
