Man I totally misread Feministing.com for a second. I need to go to bed.

Dan Savage is awesome. Funny and intelligent. If you don't already I highly recommend you listen to his Savage Love sex advice podcast. After listening to mainstream talk shows it is refreshing to hear someone responding to people with an open-mind, compassion, patience, and and good humor. And pick up one of his books while you're at it, "The Kid" is excellent.

On a side note, it is going to be lots of fun today at the Georgia Aquarium since they are letting kids wearing costumes in for free and also having a Pride dress up party.

That's because, let's face it, people shouldn't be half naked beyond a certain age and stage of physical condition, if you know what I mean. The trouble is that if you go to a costume store, there is nothing for females but sexy (fill in the blank) costumes, when it's really a bad idea for a lot of people. Maybe they only wear them at private parties, where their friends see them.
