He's done several major cities, this is his first attempt at NYC.

In my opinion, this guy is a testament to how much we don't know about the brain. Photographic memory is one, but the level of detail he retains, with the ability to recreate it.

Imagine that every person in the world is capable of such a feat if you were able to properly access your brain functions at whim.

Agree, it's amazing yet scary. And at least he's getting to do something beautiful instead of,for instance, memorizing the phone book.
