This is the part that got to me when i saw this on the news last night. Burden of proof, all that rot. 5:30am, what the fark are you doing out with your 6-7 year old kid at that hour, anyway? No lady, you were LOOKING, he wasn't showing off, you were out, a light was on, it was dark, you looked over and saw the hairy elephant, and lord knows you must protect your little twit that probably spent HIS formative early time as a youngster doing pretty much the same thing, sans coffee... unless you're as shiatty a parent as we're all going to assume.... then you were pumping the little bastard full of arabica and redbull so you could take him for farking 5:30am walks....

Oh, and this charge is bullshiat. This poor guy is now on the sex offender list for the rest of his life because some busybody was offended after deliberately looking in someone else's house. I agree with the poster above who stated she probably had a grudge with the guy and this was her chance to get him.

I don't think he's on the offender list yet. He'd have to actually be convicted for that to happen. I can't see a judge not throwing out these charges come trial time.

Hell, I do this at 5:30 pm and there's a park right behind my house with my kitchen easily viewable from the b-ball courts. Should I not do that?

He's now a registered sex offender (my buddy not the cop) just because he went into a dark alley and took a leak on a fence. He actually has to register when he moves because he's a sex offender.

In some societies he could have been out in broad daylight and would have been fine. We worry about a lot of the wrong things.

I'm glad to see some action finally being taken against such blatant child endangerment. My daughter is extremely intelligent but even I have trouble explaining to her what this man had done and how he preys on innocent children who are simply walking the street trying to live their lives.

And yes, some children start their days that early, my 7-year old Persephone-Marie starts her day that early with aerobic exercises then it's off to her organic chef classes before her advanced classes begin for the day. I don't want her exposed to such filth as this man mentioned in the article.
