He-Man is going to put Skelator in her place.

Also, Arnold is not conservative. He is more in line with his wife's family.

I go with plan A: Just don't pay attention to the goddam phone when I drive. I'll call ya when I'm at point B.

C'mon Governator, Maria. You have drivers for this shiat.

USA Today had a good article recently about someone like yourself who ignored cell phone laws and a killed a mother.

I don't give a damn whether you like it or not - when you're putting the lives of other people at risk, you need to put down the goddamn phone or pull over if it's that important.

Wow. I just told you to get bent in the Geek tab. I guess it is nice to see former spandex wearing actors here every now and again.

Also, it is not a stupid law. Talking on the phone while driving is dangerous. It's illegal where I live as well. Yeah, I've done it. Mind you that I used to be a Formula 1 driver and I still found it distracting. I put it on par with driving drunk.

Wrong. This is exactly what laws were made for, and if you can't understand why, it means society needs the law that much more.

That's, like, the best picture of anyone ever.

Maybe it's the law, but I sure see a lot of people here in SoCal ignore it, including cops who can't seem to get off the phone and drive either. It's a shame we need laws to tell people not to do stupid things. (And talking on the phone without a hands-free setup while driving is a stupid thing, IMHO.)

Are you trolling Wheaton? Cause if you are I give it high marks. If you aren't then think about this, in all the episodes of Star Trek when ever you are on the bridge of the Enterprise did they ever have a scene with you talking on a communicator while piloting? Hell no! You would have crashed the damn thing into a class L planet and stranded the whole crew. What in gods name makes you think that a person in a car is any safer than a trained crew in a starship?

Stupid law, revenue generation without actually addressing safety, one more thing to get pulled over for. Yep, sounds about right.

This.

The lawmakers don't seem to realize that talking on the phone while driving is not the dangerous part. It's dialing, looking at the caller ID and of course tXting. If you can't drive while holding a phone up to your ear you are an idiot. The hands free/Bluetooth crap does not change any part of the most distracting part of cell phone use while driving so busting someone for holding the phone up to their ear is completely pointless.

When I lived in Cali, I was involved in 5 different car accidents. Each time it was the other drivers fault AND, 3 of the 5 had dropped their pjone and were not watching the road when they drove into me. the other 2 were looking down at their lap dialing or texting.

So, call it a stupid law all you want. I think it is a very serious problem with public safety when dillholes drive and work their cell phones at the same time. They are dangerous to any and all things around them.
I can sense you probably use a laptop when you drive or text.
