And when Cletus goes to the ER complaining of chest pains he'll still be opposed to a Nation Health Care option and send his family into poverty so evil socialism won't invade "his" country.

But I bet in Japan, they only ate one slice. The problem here is that we eat half a pizza.

It kind of looks like a half-assed cordon bleu to me.

Definitely earns the HERO tag in my book.

You people are too calorie-conscious, and you fall for every fad diet which comes along.

Just shovel it in, and work it off; self-correcting mistake.

BTW, I refuse to eat anything labeled: "Lite" or "Lo-cal;" the way I see it, if you are too stupid to spell simple words correctly, you are too stupid to be trusted with my diet.

so hotdogs wrapped in bacon, and hamburgers, all in Pizza form. This is why the rest of the world loves America.

Calories are calories. It's a measure of energy. People eat to get...energy. A lot of calories is neither good nor bad.

Terms like 'slice' and 'serving' are completely subjective. There is zero difference between eating 7 servings of some crappy '100 calorie snack food' than there is in eating one slice of 700 calorie pizza.

That's not correct. It's not just calorie count, but the quality of the nutrition. Also, the impact on blood sugar level.

JimmyCarter'sSecondTerm: so hotdogs wrapped in bacon, and hamburgers, all in Pizza form. This is why the rest of the world loves America.

Yes, although this was a Japanese pizza.

I bet it was billed as "the American!" or something (can't read Japanese) though. In my experience, this is pretty much what the rest of the world imagines Americans eat.

E.S.Q.: I recently made bacon-wrapped brats, and they were nothing short of divine.

I did the same a while ago, but all the grease from the bacon started my grill on fire. Still experimenting with the right combination / setup.

No, but the sausage is baconed.

First, go to the docks and procure some fresh oversize shrimp, 10-15 count or even larger if possible;

Peel them and skewer them on a bamboo stick, then wrap a slice of bacon round each one in a apiral.

Slow-roast them over a charcoal fire for maximum carcinogens;

Dee-farking-licious.

This is a common problem with pork. I once caught a pig I was roasting on fire. There's no putting that out... anyway, solution is to keep the grease completely away from the flames. So put your coals off to the side, and construct a grease gutter below your meat (aluminum foil will do) that funnels it away.

Subby: Old news is old. Oh, and yeah it might be 646 calories per slice - but that's because each slice was all one ate. It's not like everybody had five or six slices each...

My ex was so fat, every time I went down on her I consumed at least 1500 calories in crotch gravy.

That pizza looks like the inside of the Cambodian taxi.

Fantabulous dipped in bleu cheese sauce.

2wolves: And when Cletus goes to the ER complaining of chest pains he'll still be opposed to a Nation Health Care option and send his family into poverty so evil socialism won't invade "his" country.

Choose your own adventure:

Option A, you say "So, you want to pay for health care for people who eat this?" Keep reading for further trolling.
Option B, you say "It only has bacon in the CRUST?"

Were I a pig, that's the only way I'd want to go out!

FTFA: "...little bacon wrapped sausages that acted as the crust, and mini hamburger patties on top of the mushrooms, soy beans, corn, paprika, garlic chips, green peppers, and pepperoni."

YUCK! Like I'm going to eat something with freaking soy beans in it.

I'm usually all for high-calorie, low-nutrient food. But that "pizza" looks disgusting.

2009-08-25 08:47:33 PM
They should have layered the whole bottom of the crust with one of those thinly sliced breakfast hams!

YUM. I have no idea where T.O. is but I'm guessing it's too far to show up unannounced for dinner. Dammit.
