ehhhh, i'm sure the paper means that he has not been identified by police. but yeah, they should specify that when they run videos of him being taken into custody and of classmates calling him out by name

Not a snark, but in a school of 1000+ a full course load plus extra curricular activities puts your average teacher in contact with maybe 150-200 students per year - just a pretty good chance you aren't going to know everyone all the time.
