These guys are all over Times Square and, especially during the tourist season, Roc Center. I once saw a guy dressed as Elmo with his mask off catcalling taking his break around the corner from Roc Center. He catcalled two good looking, professional women that walked by. Yeah, that's what two Midtown, successful women are looking for. The guy who dresses at Elmo and charges $8 for a Polaroid.

We went to LA in May. At Grahams, there were guys dressed up. You could take a pic for a tip. I paid this guy $5 to kill my son.

If you don't want a pic, don't tip. Or don't pay in some cases.

My 13yo niece was in NYC recently and came back with a picture of her and what she called 'Hobo Elmo' in Times Square. I guess this is that guy.

I can only help but laugh when I see people hugging these characters. Watch the movie "Confessions of a Superhero". Most of them, if not flat out homeless, are pretty dirty.

I've seen this guy plus the low-rent Mickey and Minnie Mouse and a very derelict-looking Tweety in Times Square hitting up the tourists, not too far from the Naked Cowboy. Tweety smelled like he'd been on a four-day bender.
