WTF is "Veggie meat"?

Other than the quantity (72 bottles of water), this rider doesn't seem that unusual. No brownless M&Ms, no demands for an industrial sized tub of lube and ten English cucumbers. Could be virtually anyone's rider.

Veggie meat is usually soy based meat substitute that is sliced and made to look like ham, turkey, etc

Oh it's an actor or actress/musician....

There aren't too many of those.

I'm going with Kevin Bacon. He's unpretentious and wouldn't make insane demands. Also, he and his wife Kyra Sedgwick are well known vegetarians and that would explain all the soy products and vegetables on the list.
