A couple of weeks ago a friend and I were out and we ran into a couple of boys, while the hot attractive guys were drunk and acting like fools I wasn't into them but I was into one of the guys who was bald and sober. He was cool, down to earth and didn't seem creepy. Of course at the end of the night we didn't exchange numbers but at that night I was attracted to him and it wasn't because of his looks it was because of his personality.

I must say that looks are nice, but that novelty wears off soon. As I've gotten older, I've realized that looks don't count for much unless there's something in the compatibility department that's pretty much a lock-in.

/But then, in a lot of cases it seems like the girl chooses me, than vice-versa.

Have you seen this "dating in the dark" show? The women are by far the most egregious offenders when it comes to being into the person and then rejecting them based on looks. It was particulary bad last night when the 250 lb girl was questioning the guy she had been all schmoopy over because he kind of had a receding hairline.

Look I know chicks get all defensive about this stuff, but I assure you that she is fat for a celebrity, and the standards are different than for regular people. Compare pictures of her in the duke of hazard to her now. She has easily put on 40 to 50 lbs. I would totally hit it and I totally think she's hot as he'll. If she was a project manager for Lockheed Martin, she'd be the target of desire for every douchebag with a clearance.

But she's not, she's someone who got famous by being really super hot and singing okay...and she got fat.

Getting the pandering coment aside you look pretty good to me. Now substance, oh Lordy Jessica Simpson got "fat" in other words she put on more than 30 lbs of the average Hollywood skank on a diet of coke, crazy and cigarettes. She may have gotten thicker than the average but she lost a bunch of it now and IMO it's a little sad.
