Sheep get down from there. Powercables are not rocks. You look ridiculous and you can't even graze there.

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want
He makes me down to lie
Through pastures green He leadeth me the silent waters by.
With bright knives He releaseth my soul.
He maketh me to hang on hooks in high places.
He converteth me to lamb cutlets,
For lo, He hath great power, and great hunger.

I remember once a long time ago that someone apparently jumped from the City Hall roof, and landed backwards on the flagpole and just hung there. That is as creepy as this.

They had run new cables. By the time they started to tension them and pull them up, the moose had wandered into the path.

It looks like there are those pulleys they use up there for when they are pulling lines over poles like that. Maybe it somehow got caught while the line was on the ground still and was being pulled up. Other than that, I have no idea how that would happen.

This thread calls for some sheep sex jokes.

A variant on my favorite one:
You may not know that before I moved to the UK, I worked on a farm in New Zealand, shearing sheep. One day I walked into the woolshed and to my horror discovered a workmate being extremely familiar with one of our woolly friends. 'MATE!' I said, 'you're supposed to be SHEARING that sheep!' With a grin (and a grunt) he replied 'I'm not sharing Matilda with ANYONE!'

Where does virgin wool come from?
Ugly sheep.

Jose and his son were sitting on top of a hill, outside the township that Jose had founded. Jose turned to his son and began to speak. 'My son, I trecked through uncharted wilderness and many dangers to find the place to build this fine town, but do they call me 'Jose the explorer'? No.' 'And I built the beginnings and majority of this town. Eight out of ten homes were built by my hands,' he indicated towards the town, 'but do they call me 'Jose the constructor'? No.' 'And I farmed five thousand acres of land with no aid from anybody, with cattle, goats, and a great deal of produce, but do they call me 'Jose the farmer'? No.' 'But you fark one lousy lamb....'

What do you call safe sex in Australia?
Marking an 'X' on the sheep that kick.

A visiting sheep rancher from Washington State took a tour of a ranch in Montana. The Montana rancher decided to take the Wa. man on a tour of the fields. After riding for nearly half an hour, they came upon a flock of sheep who scattered quickly. When the dust settled, the Montana rancher discovered this poor ewe with her head stuck in the wiring of the fence. He proceeded to walk up to the rear of the ewe, lower his trousers, then fiercely 'rammed' this poor ewe for about five minutes. When finished, he turned to the rancher from Washington and asked if he wanted some of this too. The guy from Washington said "Sure" and walked over to the fence and put his head in the wire.

That makes my neck hurt just looking at it. I guess it makes sense why they spend so much time ramming their heads into shiat....so their necks can withstand the inevitable zip-cording-down-a-power-line. Evolution is crazy.
