Infinite Improbability, hard at work again.

2009-08-01 01:13:22 PM
NO! We do not want her in Montana......

2009-08-01 01:14:14 PM
I can see two sides to this issue. One side of this says it is true and she does not want to be with this person any more because she feels that he is very normal and this holds back the political career she has to cater to the crazy white people and the birthers of the President of the United States Mr. Barack Hussein Obama and his wife of Michelle First Lady of the United States of America Obama. So if you want to get the votes of these crazy people you cannot have the normal man in the life for you.

The other side of this says it is not true. She has a child at the house and she also has two grandchildren that live with her and one of these grandchildren has the special needs. So why would she get rid of the person who is the sanest to take the care of them.

I do not want to be the judge of this issue but if it is true I say to him that he gets the kids and the house to where he can see Russia and she gets to have the trailer and this can be the headquarters for when she loses the president race. Thank you.

The credibility of that website is blinding.

2009-08-01 01:16:01 PM
If this is true, it will be yet another example of classic, conservative family values.

2009-08-01 01:19:18 PM
I have a really hard time believing that's true.

2009-08-01 01:19:39 PM
Subby made me LOL

In all seriousness, I think the Walken tag would have been more appropriate for something this strange.

2009-08-01 01:25:44 PM
HAHAHAHAHA! My wife said, "So, who is she going to say is rearing their ugly head once she moves to Montana?"

I replied, "Max Baucus."

;)

TheGreatZarquon: In all seriousness, I think the Walken tag would have been more appropriate for something this strange.

Get. out. of. my. head.

Though, in a way, I could see the Wheaton tag.

NOBODY EXPECTS THE WHEATON TAG!

2009-08-01 01:31:32 PM
So who will be the new perfect mate for Ms. Palin?

2009-08-01 01:34:28 PM
They are DESTROYING the sanctity of marriage!

Oh wait, that's gays.

2009-08-01 01:35:50 PM
$100 says Jon Gosselin is behind this.

2009-08-01 01:38:26 PM
Actually, doesn't this make perfect sense? After all, if you want to make it big in the GOP you pretty much have to have a divorce or two in your background.

2009-08-01 01:40:22 PM
In the extremely unlikely event that this story is true, my sympathies go out to Todd, Bristol, Track, Trig, Willow and Piper and I hope that they manage to weather this difficult time in their life.

2009-08-01 01:40:30 PM
gratuitous use of the Wheaton tag. I love it.

2009-08-01 01:43:36 PM
Hmm, we didn't have a Palin thread yesterday. Glad to see we're back on track.

first genuine laugh of the day - thank you sir

meow said the dog: Michelle First Lady of the United States of America Obama.

Is it wrong that when I read this, I read it in that crazy ring announcer's voice?

"And in this corner, weighing in at 135 pounds soaking wet, Michelle "First Lady of the United States of America" OBAAAAAMAAAAAA!!!

2009-08-01 01:57:18 PM
I just saw a Star/National Enquirer/other random tabloid at the drugstore that was claiming the exact same thing. If it's true, this is bad news for....Republicans.

2009-08-01 01:59:06 PM
I bet she found out he's Russian.

and all the other elfs, for that matter.

She's stepping down as wife & mother for her family's sake. She's passing the balls back to Todd. It's only quitting if she stays.

2009-08-01 02:18:11 PM
TFA is willing to cite the National Enquirer as a source.

2009-08-01 02:19:02 PM
And their other source is a blog...

Paliniacs now: These are sleazy lies peddled by the liberal media. LEAVE SARAH ALONE!!1!

Paliniacs later: Sarah made the right choice to divorce Todd. It was a difficult but brave decision. Without him holding her back, she will be able to dedicate her full time to saving Real AmericaTM

+1 for the Wheaton tag

2009-08-01 02:45:09 PM
Gosh, it's almost as though she resigned her governors position because of her familial situation, and not because she's some power-hungry witch hell bent on absolute power. Why can't you guys just leave this poor woman alone?

patrick767: TFA is willing to cite the National Enquirer as a source.

The National Enquirer usually gets it right. Yes they were sued successfully years ago. But since they have been spot on.
What's truly funny is how people will deride the National Enquirer, yet take blogs at face value.

Turns out she was born in Kenya, too.

God damn it, I'm going to have to start TFing with an emergency laugh bag in front of my computer.

Keyboard, beverage, et cetera.

No, but she can see Kenya from her house.

Well, there ARE some pretty tall hills in Montana, maybe she just wants a better surveillance post...

They nailed John Edwards pretty hard....

Much like how Fark and The Daily Show are better sources of news than CNN or Fox, National Enquirer tends to be more accurate in their reporting than most other newspapers. Or, at the very least, they're the only paper who doesn't care enough to post these stories when other papers hold back because the stories are too sleazy.

2009-08-01 03:04:09 PM
It was all that uncomfortable hotness of having Levi Johnston living in the same house.

Yes I have read this somewhere and she does not give the birth certificate for her grandson named Trig.

2009-08-01 03:31:27 PM
Well, the report's dated August 1st, so it can't be Christmas in July, but it's danged close.

"Schadenfreude! Just what I wanted!"

2009-08-01 03:39:38 PM
hmm anyone got any good footage of her at the retirement speech?
was she wearing her ring?

2009-08-01 03:41:31 PM
just watched a video of her resignation and speech and didn't see a ring. but the rez of the video wasn't all that great.

DarkJohnson: Somehow

Damn...that's just...Damn.

2009-08-01 03:43:52 PM
FTA: A National Enquirer story exposing previous affairs on both sides led to a deterioration of their marriage and the stress from that led to Palin's resignation as governor of Alaska.

If true, that explains a lot on her sudden resignation.

/+1 for the Weaton tag too.

Maybe she's involved with former Congressman Bob Barr, since he's such a hard-core familiy values Libertarian, just like Sarah.

Sarah Heath-Barr anyone?

That was a long way to go for that joke, but I applaud the effort.
