Unless the standard for "physical attractiveness" changes. Cultural views on beauty change so often I don't see how it can be called an evolutionary process. Three hundred years ago, plump, alabaster women may have been the rage. Tomorrow it may be toothpick thin sun worshipers. I don't see how such wild swings can contribute evolutionarily.
