I moved to the Lehigh Valley 2 years ago and I am amazed at the level of crazy coming out of Allentown and Bethlehem area.

I've gotta disagree with the whole "going down hill" bit. Allentown has, however Bethlehem and Easton have been doing a decent job of forward progress as a whole. It is a bit unnerving to see how often the local paper makes fark though.

It took them 2 years longer to repave a 2 lane bridge to Shippensburg(I81) than it did to build an entire farking bridge(turnpike) across the Susquehanna. That bridge was 1 lane forever and it's currently being widened. In addition to the bridge that's never finished I'm also driving through cattle chutes twice a day. I am getting a kick out of the 81 replies. My favorite I81 activity is to actually do the speed limit. It's great to see the idiots swerving at the last second so they don't clip your bumper. Obviously, I only play this game in the truck and never with the bike. My favorite part of I81 has to be Carlisle. It's like someone executed the wost practical joke in history. Hey guys...I have an idea. How about if we put 15 trucking companies in a town with 50 foot on ramps and one of those dealies that doubles as an on and off ramp? Dude, that would hilarious!! All those people would die!!! Nice.

I moved there two years ago and moved out to weeks ago. I have never been happier. Lehigh Valley and PA as a whole can lick my balls with the horrible drivers, retard liquor laws, and just being a bad state that should feel bad.

I81 sucks in the Wilkes-Barre area right now... God I hate the construction.... 22 in Altoona is also getting worked on so now I just take the train when going to visit my fiance who lives between Altoona & Johnstown. Taking the train is better than driving on the turnpike and going up & down mountains with tractor trailers on your ass and driving slowly next to your car thinking that they can get a free show.

One of my friends was home from college from the summer in El Paso and was somehow dragged to the birthday party of this huge, bald redneck dude he went to high school with. He never really liked this guy, but he was having a good time at the party, getting trashed. The redneck dude was waving around his birthday present, a huge hunting knife, yelling at people "I'm so wasted, you could stab me with this and I wouldn't even feel it!"

So my friend, who was more than a little drunk himself, asked him if he really wanted to be stabbed. The redneck dude said, "Yeah man, right here!" and he pointed to his thigh. My friend grabbed the knife and stabbed him. Immediately, the redneck dude collapsed to the ground in tears. My friend rode with him to the hospital and stayed with him through the night.

After his wound was cleaned and dressed, the redneck guy got all emotional and told him he was a real friend for staying there, and that no one would have stabbed him, and he didn't know why he didn't like my friend in high school, but they were best buds now.
