There were no ages mentioned. I suspect that a very large number of them are over the age of 16. Just like all the "kids" that are dying from guns. They don't mention that some huge percentage is 17-20 and gang-bangin'.

I know there is a lot of kidding around on fark about most posting but this topic is really disturbing. Based on the tone of the article, I'd say they are referring to kids under the age of consent. Sexual abuse of children, in my opinion, is one of the most horrific crimes an adult can commit (although sexual exploitation of anyone isn't cool either). I mean, my God, if you are so hard up that you'd scar some kid for life just to get your rocks off, do everyone a favor and have a date with "Fistina" and chill out!
