Judging by the progress being made with the Laura Ling/Euna Lee fiasco- which I have been following- I'd wager this is just posturing. Once they get released- and all signs point to them getting released- North Korea should calm down as they won't have the leverage anymore.

2. What if it were a nuclear warhead? Would that change the response?
