If I were going to the Frontera Grill, I don't know why I'd get a hamburger. Maybe if I lived in Chicago and went there regularly.

I really hope that we get some Five Guys built down here. But, in the meantime, we have both In-N-Out and Whataburger so I can wait.

I love Five Guys. I have been eating there for 23 years. So trust me when I say if you Have In-N-Out, you don't need Five Guys.

Also, your profile says you are in Tucson, so you have access to Rubio's. If we had In-N-Out and Rubio's around here I'd never eat anywhere else. I'd also weight 350 pounds.

You south-westerners also have access to the greatness of a green chile-cheeseburger. Only way to get one here is to make my own with the Chile Addict green chiles we get shipped to us from Albuquerque...

I like their Santa Fe Burger... the RR's I've been to have consistently better food than the Friday's/Applebee's chains.

Albuquerque here -- the best place for red and green chile is at Duran Central Pharmacy right off of route 66 (of course).

I believe you can order some for yourself, even if you're a Yank.

Smithfield Station in VA has a bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg and lump crab meat on top. They are worth killing for. Also, I went to a Fudrucker's for the first time in years the other day, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered my burger medium rare and actually got it that way. My buddy had an ostrich burger. It's not on their menu, you have to ask about it. It looked edible enough.

My girlfreind got me hooked on Drive-ins, Diners and Dives on the food network and about every other week we try out one of the places. If you're in So Cal, the best burger we've found so far is at TK Burgers. They're way better than In-N-Out. There's one in Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and Huntington Beach.

Son of a biatch. I knew I should have been an Asian guy who drives around and eats burgers. But I had to listen to my parents and stay a white guy who works with computers.

RR is ok for a chain from what I have sampled at a few locations, really no better than a Applebees... which if burgers are your thing you should be. And if you are paying those prices for it should be also good.
