DESTIN - Local defense attorney Robert Scott Whitehead was arrested and faces multiple charges in connection with two motor vehicle accidents in Destin on Saturday night.

He's gonna get squeezed by the law until he pops!

Well we are not trying to see the two sides of this but if we do see the two sides then maybe we see that this is not a big problem. One side is that you do not do the drunk driving when you can just ride CATA around the town or call cab. But if you are the lawyer who does this then you just use the laws and then nothing bad happens because you talk about the Constitution of the United States of America and the judge says I see what you are saying not guilty good sir. Thank you judge of me for seeing this innocence in my heart.

This drunken lawyer will transfer the case to the next court district over, claiming he can't get a fair trial where he's from because of the publicity. Then after the case get delayed multiple times, and enough times passes so that folks have forgotten about him, they will quietly reduce the charges or drop them altogether.

It's what they do in Florida, lawyers are above the law.

Doesn't surprise me. Lawyers are some of the most spiritually and psychologically broken individuals in society today. The profession is rife with unhappiness, addiction, and a plethora of personality defects.

No kiddin' - I loved this one FTFB:

"56% of people turn white after the penalty of death but sometimes the skin turns black in 35% of the time."

HUH?

And FTFBComments: Hello RandomPersona, you are not seeing this from both sides. If you did see this from both sides you could clean the vagina of the sand. The Republic of Texas is something of which you should look at in the atlas of maps. Thank you

This is BRILLIANT!

If I was this guy I would just claim that I was doing "legal research" on drunk driving.

Could this be considered research? Trying to understand what his clients are going thru? Maybe if he also does tax law he can write off his court costs and fines next April.

FTA:hit a car at the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and Scenic Highway 98

Ahh, the beautiful redneck riviera. See the flaming pile of tires...the white sand beaches with pull tabs from way back in 1978...a 16 year old 300 pound chick in Jorts smoking a parliament with a Joe Camel tattoo peeking out the leg holes.

\And why is every highway Highway 98?
\\Probably the only two numbers they know.
