Maybe someone else can answer this for me. Is the higher security in Washington and New York because the *new* threats focus on those areas, or are we just too stupid to realize that terrorists might actually pick some other part of the country next time?

I doubt they will strike DC & NYC again...if these guys were sharp enough to come up with the WTC plan, then I doubt they will do something as obvious as attack the same cities. GW is just whipping out his schlong.

Last night I ate red beans and lots of brocolli, drank a few pints of good dark beer and subjected my roommates to a simulated biochemical weapons attack.

So basically, if anything gets released here in DC my roommates are prepared to beat up the offender and lock him in the atticoontil he's done farting.

robots.cnn.com is a 'back door' address to cnn. When CNN is bogged down from heavy traffic (like it was on 9/11), you can usually still get access through robots.cnn
