Arthur de Val blasted out German tunes to torment locals / Picture posed by model

What? You mean crazy Mr. de Val isn't Orville Redenbacher's long-lost twin? Now I'm sad..

.....and jumped up and down on a neighbour's garage roof "like a monkey".

....threw stones and hosed down guests at a nearby party ....

If I lived in that neighborhood, I would have a couch and a case of beer on the front lawn and just watch this guy go all day, every day.

When I was a kid I had an odd interest in all things Nazi -- I collected magazines and photographs that detailed the horrible conditions of the concentration camps. In an odd twist of fate, I discovered that one of the old guys in my neighborhood -- kind of a shut-in -- was actually a Nazi officer in hiding. I confronted him with this information and blackmailed him into telling me all about his activities during the war. Eventually the uncovering of these dark secrets corrupted us both, my grades slipped, and I never graduated high school, despite the fact that I had always been a good student prior to this episode.

Yeah, pretty much the same thing happened to me, except I was able to blackmail David Schwimmer into letting me graduate...

If you lived in that neighborhood, you could also charge admission to the couch.

Hell, I'd pay 5 for a beer and an hour viewing. Cheaper than a movie.
