Gunny Highway: GimpyNip: Hey, he beat UUUUUUMMMMMMAAAAGGGGAAAAA!

They used that guy as much as they could and then they just benched his ass for lack of a better term. You can only play the "unbeatable huge guy" role for so long. After you lose enough matches the crowd cant believe it.

Speaking of which, is Vladimir Kozlov on milk cartons now, where did he go? I miss that Russian techno theme music, hehe.

The MITB ladder match was farking legendary; I thought I was going to have a heart attack halfway through. HHH's win was another favorite of mine, no drama, no loose ends, just a classic Helmsley victory.

/Orton can kiss my twatwaffle.

robsul82: Speaking of "title wins the fans won't buy," Orton's World title win in a month at Backlash when he pins Vince or Shane - NOT Triple H. Just watch.

Yea or like Gimpy was saying earlier that may be an opportunity for Shane to screw over HHH or Vince. I am interested in how they play their cards leading up to Backlash. I am hoping they try to mix it up a little. Vicky was right about one thing, it has been real stale on Raw as of late.

So great the #1 heel in the company just managed to take over the match.

robsul82: Now that they flushed Orton's momentum down the toilet with Triple H's win yesterday, I wonder if they'd really job him to Vince.

Orton has to have a long feud with HBK

"I invented cocky, Orton!"

I think he will get moved to ECW in the draft then then they will shove him out the door.

Well, yeah, Orton wins the title by pinning Vince or Shane hook or crook.

2009-04-06 10:59:05 PM
At this point, why doesn't Orton just say, "Hey, Shane - how about you ACTUALLY punch me, because your fake punches blow, dude."

2009-04-06 11:00:02 PM
HELL YEAH!

2009-04-06 11:00:04 PM
DAVE'S BACK!!!

Ugh. Botchtista.

Cody and Ted are really learning how to take a good fall since Legacy has started. Nice clothline by HHH.

Ahhhh HA! An interesting way to bring back Batista. Why side with the McMahon's?

Because, he is going to turn on Vince/HHH at Backlash? So he pulled his punches the whole time...

2009-04-06 11:00:44 PM
Well, at least it's a DIFFERENT single guy all by his lonesome that The Legacy will have to look ridiculous against.

2009-04-06 11:00:47 PM
Follwed immidiately by: OH MY FARKING FARK, IT'S BATISTA!!!!

/for those who are watching Raw with me

2009-04-06 11:02:00 PM
Actually, as for as the storyline goes, it would have made more sense for Dave to join Legacy, since he was equally screwed by HHH when he won the belt.

2009-04-06 11:02:11 PM
The thing that really bugs me is Orton covers his head like a little kid when anyone starts throwing blows to his head. Talks tough and acts like a little girl.

And Batista is back - a classic VKM switch of his spot to Batista at Backlash.

2009-04-06 11:02:14 PM
Innnteresting. I am not sure where they are going with this. HHH and Batista have a spotty past to say the least. Notice they didnt even look at each other?

Oh, that's definitely how they'll retcon it, but those are hideous.

How they'll retcon Batista's motivation to help Triple H I have no idea, but.

For as dominant as Legacy are supposed to be, all Rhodes and DiBiase do is eat finishers.

2009-04-06 11:03:58 PM
If I remember Batista WAS put out by Orton's punt kick, but that still doesn't mean he'd help Triple H.

2009-04-06 11:04:28 PM
and so the rise of McMavolution begins.

GimpyNip: fark the Animal.

Agreed. Im not a fan of this move.

Guess we are going to have to see how it plays out.

They could always make Batista the one to turn on HHH. Batista has a charecter Obama would make fun of on Leno.

suicide: and so the rise of McMavolution begins.

Much like the Cooperate Ministry it will get very silly very quickly.

I have a problem with a former US Marine covering his head instead of fighting back. Makes his character look weak. Fer crying out loud, at least try to get a return shot in.

You recognize the difference between Randy Orton the US Marine and Randy Orton the WWE Wrestler, right?

the 10 year old kid inside me who used to live to watch AWA, totally loooved this 'Mania. I wouldve liked to see more highlights from the last 25 years played in between the matches. And also, more tribute clips from the hall of fame inductees.

Taker/HBK was amazing. THAT shouldve been the main event right there. The rest of the show seemed almost needless after that.

Steamboat/ Jericho was awesome too, bcuz Ricky looked like no time had passed since his glory days. He wasnt sloppy and he didnt look arthritic in the ring like Snuka did.

As for JBL quitting. Part of me hopes its to give his hair time to grow back and in 6 months we'll see the old Brandshaw that i loved from the APA. This business JBL sux hardcore. I want my bar fighter back! The beer swilling, poker playing, "use the door" hired thug whose motto was, "Cuz we need beer money".

Here are some thoughts from a guy who watched Wrestlemania last night after having not watched wrestling for about 6 years now:

HBK vs. Taker was awesome. That being said, it was really the only main match that didn't have me looking at my watch about 3/4s of the way through.

Big Show in a main event never jived with me very well. Yea he's huge. He is still about as interesting as a box of paperclips.

HHH and Orton had me really interested at the beginning. The match felt as though it had fallen terribly flat. And what happened to HHH's intro where he timed the water thing with the music? He just kind of picked a random time to do it. And his new nickname is KING OF KINGS? Give me a break.

Glad to see Jerhico is having success in the WWE. But the Rourke thing was lame. Hope you enjoyed your return to stardom, Mick. It will be over again soon.

I'd still bang the shiat out of Stephanie McMahon.

Shane O'Mac has GREY hair now? How old is he?

APA Bradshaw >>>>>>> JBL

Accolade: Gunny Highway: Happens at every major event. The older guys make sure their jeers are extra loud.

So, do you think it is because Cena is "too good" that he gets this kind of reaction? He's like the Ned Flanders of the WWE.

They just haven't found a way to package him yet that doesn't come off as completely cheesy. Stone Cold found his niche, so did HHH, The Rock, Taker, etc. The "White Rapper" schtick was tired before he even tried it, the Marine thing was just BAD and seemed way too much like they were trying to force the Second Coming of Hulk Hogan. What could they do to really sell him? fark if I know. He seems like an awesome guy, though.

HBK vs Undertaker...simply incredible. That is all
