Chinese population is over 1 billion. Do we really want to go with their condom science?

Pretty much this. It's like asking the Detroit Loins for advice on winning football games, or having Lars prepare a Fan Appreciation Night.

A Chinese subcontractor made Aquadots turn into GHB when swallowed.
I would trust them with all of my condom needs.

Make them extra large, and stamp them in English and Mandarin "USA Small".

dittybopper: Make them extra large, and stamp them in English and Mandarin "USA Small".

There's a story during WWII where the British did something similar. The Soviets needed condoms for their troops so Churchill ordered them to send over the largest size and have them stamped in Cyrillic with the word SMALL very prominently.

I'm sure the lead in the condoms will be as effective a contraceptive as any physical barrier.

If the U.S. government sees fit to piss away money on projects that will have no return whatsoever for taxpayers, I'm all for them going with the lowest bidder.

During WWII when the Russians wanted condoms from the allies because they had no access to rubber, Winston Churchill ordered the largest size sent in packages marked extra small.

spqr_ca: "Made in China" is a warning label.

I've recently made the move away from Chinese products. Not any of that "Buy American" which i think is mostly feel good measures. My vitamins and supplements I'm verifying are non-chinese to the best of my ability, which is actually pretty hard to do. It's way too likely that some foreign material is getting that could have negative side effects in long term exposure, like a taking a multi vitamin everyday for years. No way in hell I would trust a condom either, may not be harmful to me but could very likely be harmful to the girl from low exposure to toxic materials.

There should be a website or something that can easily identify which products are of Chinese origin.

Erm.. there are returns, they are just not easily measured...

Are you saying if there are returns for the taxpayer, the US government shouldn't try and cut costs???

Why would it be possibly harmful to the girl but not to you? You think if there are toxic substances the factory is so kind as to only keep it on the outside?

It's considerably easier to wash the outside of the peener than the inside of a vagina.

So I heard this story that during WWII when the Russians wanted condoms they ordered a bunch from Poland, and those stupid Pollocks sent them the smallest size in boxes marked "extra large." Did anyone else ever hear that?
