The test probably had no impact on her personally and was just being used to gauge school performance. So many kids don't care about tests that actually count toward their grade that I'm surprised that the test scores are as high as they are.

Kentucky is on the verge of getting rid of the CATS test. I wonder if the testing company ran out of money to grease the palms of the politicians?

I always finish the test in 10 minutes, of course I FINISHED the test, first one finished and I (still) always get the best grade in class, my teachers always just let me go home
