HunterNIU: She'd hit back...

Sounds like a wild night.

Im pretty sure that earlier in the week a 4 year old kid took a bag of weed to preschool. This also happened in Broward. Dade county is starting to look pretty good right about now.

Exodus2001: I'm a proud member of the NRA and this sort of thing is completely unconstitutional. If my kid wants to bring a gun to school it's his right as an American citizen. How else is he supposed to protect himself from the gays and coloreds?

well done, sir.

In Dade County it's not considered news.

Psychotropic: I didn't see the part of the story where the kid got the gun from his parents. Do you have a link to the story where the parents were responsible for this kid obtaining a gun?

Doesn't matter where the kid got the gun, ultimately, parents are responsible for the actions of their children. At least they should be.

0/10? I think that one is well into the negative numbers.

He was compensating for a small pecker. Probably drove his Hummer to school, too

I really don't see the problem here. No harm, no foul. Just hope the kid's being taught how to use it properly.

Muta: My sister's step-son has a history of taking "things" to school. She lives in Broward County. It wouldn't surprise me if this was my step-nephew. Any other reports about this? Was it a Fort Lauderdale school or a Fort Lauderdale area school?

This school is in Sunrise which is west of Fort Lauderdale. I used to go to this school when Sunrise was pretty new and a nice area. It's not anymore.
