Geezus what a babyfaced father, My 11 year old son looks old enough to be his dad.

The boy? Or the baby?

Good lord....that kid looks like he's 8.

2009-02-13 11:46:46 AM
Did any of you had to do the "bag of flour baby"/"Baby Think it Over" assignment in high school health class? I can imagine the teacher giving the assignment to the boy's class, only to realize that Alfie is currently learning that lesson in real life.

cherryl taggart: From TFA, dad said he was sad for his son's decision. Gee, dad, why didn't you think to educate him? Oh, you couldn't tell him where the other 8 kids came from? DNA testing for all people living in these houses, arrest that cougar wannabe, and relocate all minors into foster homes. Break the cycle for FSM's sake!

From another article:
[Dad] said: "When I spoke to [Alfie] he started crying. He said it was the first time he'd had sex, that he didn't know what he was doing and of the complications that could come.

"I will talk to him again and it will be the birds and the bees talk. Some may say it's too late but he needs to understand so there is not another baby."

Yeah, good going there arsewipe. I don't think he needs the lesson now.
Seriously, I remember learning about baby-making from my mom when I was like 8 or 9.

Damnaged: I thought this kind of thing only happened in Louisiana and Kansas (and probably Florida).

My friend's dad used to teach in the New Orleans public school system, and has a story about walking into the stairwell to find a kindergardener getting a blowjob from a preschooler, because he saw it on the television at home.

At least with my dogs.

Calabai_Yau: Won't someone think of the CHILDREN?!?

If this had happened in America, both of them would be facing statutory rape and pedo charges. Sex with a 13 or 15 year old? These monsters should be put away for life!

I Agree, but my question is, where the h*** are / were the parents ??

I suspect the 13 yr old is the fall guy for the usual sort of suspect when a 15 year old is pregnant.

crowbait: Come on people! Think about it this way. Romeo and Juliet were 13/14 year old, and no body had any problem with that. Only 60 years ago, 14 is old enough to be a man.

Actually, when Paris comes to woo Juliet, Lord Capulet initially tells him that J is too young.

What the hell is sniffing weed?

Sniffing pot and smoking glue
Whatever terrible things they do
Smoking LSD and such
It must be the reason why they can't talk much

And it's such a crime
How they waste their time
They can't get nowhere
They've all gone Beat Crazy

Yeah but it wasn't in a taboo way, it was just a fatherly "i want her to wait a little longer because she's high-class" sort of thing. No one in the story said "That Romeo kid is no good for Juliet... I mean besides the fact that they're from two feuding families, they're both too young!"

Someone should do a 'shop of that picture as Romeo and Juliet. They are the right ages. It would be lol-tastic.

Stepdad? Teacher? My first guess would be a traveller passing through, but they don't leave their names and thus don't need a fall-guy.

Seriously? The kid was 12 when it happened. While I'll give you that parents need to talk to their kids about sex, who would honestly expect their 12 year old, who looks 8, to be having sex already? If they knew his girlfriend, then I'll agree with you. But I think it was 6th grade when we had sex ed for the first time in school. It would have already been too late for this kid.

I'll concede that the parents didn't think that their kid was probably off doing the dirty with his classmate at 12. I just think it's irresponsible to not have the "birds and bees" chat with your children until they hit middle school.
I work at a school that starts educating children about their bodies in 2nd grade, and they are all mature enough to understand.

On the plus side, his son will be moving out of the house in about 20 years, so the kid will be 33 and back in the bars.

Pretty soon in the US it will be normal to have at least 1 kid before graduating 8th grade. I can't wait for 70%+ of the population to be on welfare. It's going to be awesome. No one will have to work anymore. You just get a debit card with free allowance on it every month.

You don't get it, parents have no control over kids today. The social structure has told them they have all the power. Pile on the peer pressure (cause a kids peers are vastly more important then his/her parents) and you have tons of kids with no responsible visions or expectations other then the "here", "now" and "what feels good".

When hollywood releases movies like Juno and local news and community talk about babies and how everything will work out. Kids are kids and you can tell them anything, they are highly prone to brainwashing.

Before you can change the kids, you have to change the adults. When was the last time an adult did what you told them and not get sued, fired or stabbed?
