Hau'oli Haole: Anytime you read an article written by
AP, etc... they will always write the time something in Eastern time..

Eric Bana lives in my L.A. apartment building. nice fella. he is a male tanner though, which is always disappointing. never like to see a guy lay out for no other reason than to get a tan.

Sports by Brooks has a FAQ, so i answered my own question. I like the hostess bar idea better, though.

WHAT IS A SPORTSbyBROOKS GIG?

· Brooks and the SbB Girls make frequent appearances at various venues throughout Southern California - the appearance is described as a "gig."

WHAT DO YOU DO AT THE GIGS?

· Play SPORTSbyBROOKS (or SbB): LA's only live, interactive game show.

Give away cool prizes (Lakers, Dodgers, USC, UCLA, NFL and hot concert tickets).
· Hang out and take pictures with the SbB Girls.
· A full summary of the gig (including pictures) is posted on the website the next day and archived permanently.

WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE SPORTSbyBROOKS GAME SHOW?

· Four preliminary rounds with four players each (16 total people play per night).
· Winners of preliminary rounds return for championship round.

WHO WINS THE PRIZES?

· The winner of the SPORTSbyBROOKS game show always wins a grand prize. We usually give away additional prizes in general drawings - giving everyone a chance to win.

caveat: I don't know if this is his main residence, since he is all aussie and crap. I just know I have seen him in the elevator and on the roof several times.

Jennifer Connelly,

Loved her in Labrynth, but after the "Gritty" scene in Requiem for a Dream, I doubt I'll ever think of her the same again...

Hmm...I watched the trailer to see if my home sweet island is shown, but they just show a clip or two of SF. The Hulk film crew was here on Treasure Island and changed the look of the main entrance and building for their shoot. It was kinda cool. From the signs they posted it seems the island is some western tactical operations center in the film. We'll see I guess.

2003-01-26 02:53:40 AM
Maybe they've got a subliminal green Connelly boobie frame in it.

Asterix-
"Hulk better be a good movie.

Im tired of all these dolts making super hero movies that suck. Spiderman was the most useless Superheroe movie in a long time...

Of course there was Batman...
before that superman...."

ok, um... when keaton left batman, it went to total crapvill, however, his 2 movies i felt where great, and did the series justice. the spiderman movie was good (though being the diehard spiderman fan i am, i dont think anything can really do it justice). and... um, no more x men. jesus.

what i'd like to know is when did marvel fall into so much money that they are on there... what... 5th movie (counting x men 2) they have (or are about) released in the last 3 years. sure, they allways had money, but... this is alot to put forward. what movie marvel REALLY needs to do is make a movie about the homoerotic adventures of Namor! his near naked body with a painted on green thong and winged feet could entertain generations for years to come. that would be interesting.

2003-01-26 03:18:04 AM
oh, and no one would complain about any superhero movie if they ever saw punisher the movie. or the orignal captin america movie.

the horror... the horror...

2003-01-26 03:18:18 AM
Hit by gamma rays and turned large and green... That seems kind of fetishy.

Are you as turned on as I am?

2003-01-26 03:20:48 AM
The system is down, yo...

RobertSmithsTesticles:

I have seen the Punisher movie... yesh that was a stinky one. But this last batch of super hero movies have been great as far as I'm concerned, but I have this fear of Hulk for some reason, with marvels past track record how can the current winning streak continue?

I found this after a few clicks:

2003-01-26 03:59:19 AM
Anyone seen that piece of crap that Fantastic Four was?
If not, it was so bad, that it was never released.

2003-01-26 03:59:35 AM

2003-01-26 04:07:16 AM
FARK CRASH (server).

2003-01-26 04:08:59 AM
I think I'm the only person in the world who liked Unbreakable, but that would have to be my fav. super hero movie.

2003-01-26 04:27:03 AM
ArmyOfFun: Nah, I know plenty of people that love that movie. It's just gotten overshadowed by Shaymalan's recent shiat.

Check this out. Nothing recent, and I know, it's a sequel, but still thought you'd be interested.

2003-01-26 04:29:11 AM
I agree with ArmyOfFun, Unbreakable was the best and most unlikely superhero movie!

2003-01-26 05:04:14 AM
Unbreakable would have been great if you'd cut out 1/3 of the time spent on bullshiat and just get to the meat of the story. It should have taken 45 minutes to get to the conclusion of that movie, then spend the next 45 minutes on Bruce Willis being a hero.

Would someone please tell me what a SuperBowl is?

2003-01-26 09:46:47 AM
Never was a big hulk fan.. was all about spidey, xmen and daredevil.. I wish someone else was playing daredevil and I would see it - but I might anyway.

Maybe the movie will explain how his clothes always shrank back down to human size when he reverted to bruce banner.
