An expert would probably say something like having that many children seriously hinders the emotional development of your kids. I've been reading up fast on this. What's apparent is the known reports are scattered and no one news article has it all. Most of the info comes from her mother who now realizes she's been an enabler for her brand of crazy and is now done with her, and is not pulling any punches.
