"A Mifflin police officer was able to shoot Mr. Bigglesworth with a tranquilizer dart at one point during the search. The glassy eyed cat stumbled into some bushes and hissed violently when some would-be captors approached, forcing them to quickly take a step back."

I find that funny, for some odd reason.

Cats are a waste of good fur.
2001-08-30 12:11:00 PM
A violently hissing pussy would make me back up too.
2001-08-30 12:22:15 PM
They posted his pager number... *evil grin*
2001-08-30 12:24:27 PM

De-clawing cats is just SOOOO cruel. They can hardly walk properly when lack their nails.
2001-08-30 01:30:22 PM
That guy really wants him back...he gave out his pager # in the that it's on FARK, he may be getting pages from Christopher Walken, or even worse, all of France may page him with an offer to surrender.
2001-08-30 01:31:51 PM
That SOB is loose basically in my back yard. I have tried but haven't seen it in person yet. I think it would be awfully cool to see it. Especially if it was attacking it's would be captors.
2001-08-30 01:36:06 PM
What? Declawed...
Damn. Guess it can't do life threating harm to my ex then.
2001-08-30 01:36:40 PM
MJC: Most people aren't even aware of what declawing really is. They don't realize that you're not pulling out the nail, but chopping off the claws at the first knuckle so the nails won't ever grow back.

I want one of these cats! From Malinois' pic, it looks like you can even train them to program.
2001-08-30 01:37:14 PM
When Mr. Biggelsworth isnt happy, I'm not happy. And when I'm not happy, people DIE
2001-08-30 01:43:09 PM
Diogenes - yes it's really quite awful. Never understood why anyone would own a tabby and be so worried about their precious furniture. If you can't stand the way nature made the animal - don't get one.

And I find this particular case even weirder. It's not like Mr. B is a house-cat, is he? Bet he can do plenty of harm with his teeth alone -or did they pull those too?
2001-08-30 02:23:48 PM
WOW, that is one big pussy. I hope they catch before he ends up in somebodies stew pot.

Declawed??? GOOD
2001-08-30 02:34:58 PM
i want to know how a cat can survive for three weeks without claws. that's how they get food. unless someone's feeding the thing
2001-08-30 02:38:21 PM
Augie - where do you live? I'll come over and remove your doggie claws for free.
2001-08-30 03:01:56 PM
Lady, get the fark away from my mouse!
[image from too old to be available]
LOL, Yawgmoth!
2001-08-30 03:50:33 PM
Hey guys, when I want my cat to come home, I put out some milk and call him.
2001-08-30 04:11:36 PM
I have one cat that is getting close to being that big, when I feed him I now wear a leather jacket and safty glasses.
If you are just worried about furniture, you can have those little superglue claw protectors installed every two or three months, or hold the animal down and very very carfully clip their nails.
Personally, I would never have a cat declawed, they sometimes get very mean after that.
2001-08-30 05:43:08 PM
Don't forget ....when Dr. Evil gets angry, Mr. Bigglesworth gets upset. And when Mr. Bigglesworth gets upset, PEOPLE DIE!!!!

sorry it had to be done.
2001-08-30 06:16:44 PM

"You can have my claws when you pry them from my cold, dead paws."

Malinois All you have to do is replace the image 'serval.jpg' with the new smaller image at the same URL. The message you have will automatically (for the people) receive the smaller version. (With the exception of those who have cached versions... which case it wuddint matter anyway).
I'm assuming you have pointed the <img src="http://www...../serval.jpg"> link/href to a site that you can delete from.
