If graffiti "Artists" were to do more work like this, instead of meaningless scribbles and wannabe gang signs, I wouldn't want to stab them in the eye so much.

Well I'll be durned.

If graffiti artists were do more art, instead of vandalism, however meaningful, i wouldn't want to chinese finger trap their pointer fingers so much.

the world is not your canvas; the canvas is your world.

I'll be the killjoy and point out that a distraction for motorists and pedestrians right at the intersection of the two might make for good art but it's terrible for safety.

How many people stood on somebody's car to take photos of those?

/"Hey! How come there's gravel on top of my car? And how'd these scratches get on the hood?"

The drivers who allow themselves to be distracted by things like this are the drivers who allow themselves to be distracted by... just about anything. The problem isn't so much the distraction, as the fact that they still have licenses.

Those are pretty cool...a bit Banksy-esque but still cool.

Safety is boring. For example, what's a cooler car to drive: a new Volvo, or a '55 Chevy with "steering wheel impalement" technology.

I rest my case.

I'm amused at the critiques, more than the graffiti.

He started out with a message of anti-car vandalism but "the art" has "evolved" ... "to a new level, revealing hidden messages from our subconscious in the lane markings, crosswalks and other on-road symbols."

Holy crap. The sort of person that writes it is bad, the sort of people that believe it need to be bludgeoned to death.

Besides, it looks like he's still trying to figure out the basics of perspective, though I guess it could be hard for someone who's just spray painting stencils.
