libbynomore2: the problem is, if the Cards finish off the Eagles, they're going to face the best defense they've seen all year ( whether it be the Ravens or the Steelers ) and simply won't be able to rely on Warner to Bolden or Fitz. Their running game has suffered all year against some pretty weak defenses...and they'll be destroyed be either of those 2 AFC teams...

Your insight to the game of football is what brings me back again and again to the fark threads...

Football is perfect for TV because it starts and stops so much. Baseball too. It's why hockey and soccer aren't popular in America... not as much advertising time.

They started off hot, then just kinda stopped playing when they clinched. The rested a lot of their defense and ran straight call games, no special plays or new plays. They started playing again against the Seahawks in the last week.
