Until we leave and the Kurds move to secede and the Shia move in to wipe out the Sunni Triangle.

That'll be fun!

I had to double-check the dateline of the article to make sure this wasn't a repeat from 2005, 2006, 2007, or 2008.

Every time I read the "Hey aren't you going to write this down?" visualize a dejected, whiny Cheney saying it in a pouty voice, and I laugh.

I read that as "Fails the Nation".

Let's drop Cheney on Gaza. That should end that fight pretty damn quick.

Won't work, Hamas would unwittingly make a soft landing pad of women and children in the drop zone thinking it was actual munitions being dropped.

"We are close to achieving most of our objectives. We have a significant reduction in the overall level of violence," said Cheney, who leaves office on Jan. 20.

He also cited the removal of former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein, the new Iraqi constitution, the Iraqi elections, and a recent framework agreement providing for a U.S. military withdrawal by 2011 as successes.

"All of these things by anybody's standards would be evidence of significant success," Cheney said.

Yep, those are all true. Agree with the war or not, it does appear at this point that things are starting to finally come together. I think the big turning point was the Status of Forces Agreement, which dictates our presence over the long term. That's huge.

By making sure its clear that this administration is victorious they can blame obama in few weeks for anything new that happens. Will America be stupid enough to believe it? Well, people still don't believe what the 9/11 commission said about things, so they probably will.

I have uncovered the truth, the spirit guardians have alerted. 11:11. I DEMONSTRATE IRREFUTABLE PROOF.

* New York City has 11 letters.
* Ramsin Yuseb (The terrorist who threatened the Twin Towers in 1993) has 11 letters.
* 'George W. Bush' has 11 letters
* New York is the State # 11
* The first plane crushing against the Twin Towers was flight #11
* Flight # 11 was carrying 92 passengers Adding this number gives us: 9+2=11
* Flight # 77 who also hit the towers, was carrying 65 passengers Adding this: 6+5=11
* The tragedy was on September 11, or 9/11. Adding this: 9+1+1=11
* The date is equal to the emergency number 911. Adding this: 9+1+1=11
* The total number of victims inside the planes were 254: 2+5+4=11
* September 11 is day number 254 of the calendar year: 2+5+4=11
* After September 11, there were 111 days more to the end of the year.
* The tragedy of 3/11/2004 in Madrid also adds up to: 3+1+1+2+4=11
* The tragedy in Madrid happened 911 days after the tragedy of the Twin Towers.

Nobody ever said the Iraq war was goign to be easy. It's liberals who seem to think the war coudl be won on some kind of schedule with no deaths or injury to any soldier or colleteral damage to some of the innocent Iraqi people.

When you are angry about the fact that the war in Iraq looks to about be won, you do put your liberal politics over your country and what's good for Iraq as well. You are a political hack when you politicize a war.

Yes yes yes, my genius friend. Iraq is an amazing place right now and everything that has happened there has been the best thing the world could have ever hoped for.

Oh hey, btw?

What is it like being batshiat crazy?

So in other words, he is going to be a clueless commander-in-chief. He opposed something that was crucial to making the Iraq war a sucesss. Yet Democrats still want to wrap defeat around Bush while at the same time gushing over a guy that opposed the right thing to do in winning the war.

I'm sick of hearing about the libs complaining about Iraq. Where were you when Saddam and his gay lover Osama (not that there's anything wrong with that) were planing the 9/11 attacks?

And when the troops discoverred Saddam's stash of nukes and that super laser they used on the Death Star where were you libs, sipping latte and smoking each others cocks (not that there's anything wrong with that)?

I can't wait till you libtards finally realize that the new Commander in Chief is gonna be as gung ho as the current one.

I can't wait till the streets of some other forin country is flowing with the blood of brown people turrists after COC Obama pulls out his Sword of Christ.

I have no desire to rehash the Iraq war with you. It was always a political prop for you Democrats to undermine Bush...you could care less about the war itself.

I don't see how removing Saddam's regime is a bad thing for the world, or liberating the Iraqi people. Seems like a pretty good thing our military has done, and rather than attempt to discredit it, I think we should celebrate it. No liberal here was forced to fight in the Iraq war, so nobody gives a crap what you think about the war regardless. You can play armchair general all day and beat up on Bush all you want, but that didn't help win the war.

Nobody ever said it's a perfect place right now, but it's about as good as Detroit or New Orleans. And a hell of a lot better than it was under Saddam, unless you just dig tyrannical regimes that murder, torture, imprison, rape innocent people.

Yeah, I know...you think Bush and America does the same thing. Blah blah blah. Save it for the Puffington Post blog.
