Great, now I remember how I was jealous that she got to spend all that time in close quarters with a cute boy and now I feel guilty as hell again.

I read the version her father censored. If you read it as a teenage girl, you could kind of tell something was missing.

/now she's a little boy in Spain playing pianos filled with flames
//c'mon, BBC, don't disappoint me on the soundtrack now

I remember the first time I heard about the "cut" parts and it made perfect sense. She started hiding when she was 13 years old - the exact right age for the tinglies.

Hell, if I had an entire nation after me for my religion and I was relegated to hiding in an attic with a girl I was attracted to, the only time we wouldn't be farking would be when I was yanking it. I'd take breaks to eat. shiat, there wasn't even a TV up in that attic.

Don't you mean Helen Keller?

I read the version with the cut bits in about 7th grade. I looked long and hard for those bits in later years.

/post should be edited for content

You know, it'd be really convenient if she had had a uniform fetish...

Maybe they could focus on the parts that appear to have been written in ball-point pen.

Thanks for giving away the ending, asshole. Now I have nothing to look forward to. I guess I'll go rent Passion of the Christ.

Also, Titanic.

My friends asked me how I could possibly not cry when we saw it (yes, we saw it). I looked at her and said, "I read the book. I know how it ends."

She did not think it very funny.

What page was it again? 114? Isn't that the only juicy part?

/What do you want from me? I went to an all-boys school and we read this in the 4th or 5th grade. Our teacher knew right away that day who had read the assignment.

Interesting article. When I was in Amsterdam, I visited the Anne Frank museum/attic. Unbelievably depressing. It was even worse when I realized that she died in a camp just before they were liberated. What a friggin' downer.

You son of a biatch. How dare you make me laugh so hard about such a travesty.

/both that version and the original make me laugh way more than I should

How would she have time to have sex considering she started writing in her diaries at 13 and died 3 years later? Who in the hell would she do and where? I hate when people try to make a historicall character sexual, but leave it up to the British, right? And no Im not trolling ;)
