I was thinking, "that doesn't sound like something the German police would do" and then clicked and saw it happened in Seattle. Never mind.

Maybe "Mein Leben"?

Although it would be funnier if he said "Meine Labia".

Well, then.

You're not alone- I remember it well. :)

Me too. Between Wolfenstein and Blake Stone and Doom and later Rise Of The Triad I certainly had my hands full of bad guys to shoot and make explodey.

Sir Cumference the Flatulent: Maybe "Mein Leben"?

Yeah, that would make more sense.
Never owned the video game, so I don't know if subby's hearing is off or not... too busy living the good life in Germany with the Fräuleins and beer!!

He was "a peaceful and loving young man," his mother, Dianne Murphy, told the local newspaper.

He was merely an apt pupil.

Yeah, police are kind of funny about people pointing rifles at them and refusing to put them away.

Came here to point out that "Mein Leben" would be correct. Now I feel like a grammar nazi. How appropriate!

Are you referring to the ORIGINAL Castle Wolfenstein (For Apple II+)? I don't recall "Gutentag," but nothing in a video game has ever scared me more than when the SS would arrive, and yell in their scratchy, distorted voice, "SS! SS!"

/and those grenades rarely worked

You know, in Germany, you can't even talk about being so obnoxiously nitpicky with grammar.. free speech be damned

I don't care how you're dressed, pointing a gun at police and refusing to put it down is a bad idea.

Yea...that's what I was thinking..

Besides what kind of dick shoots off guns (even if blanks) in an apt complex? A dick who who is possibly drunk enough to ignore police directives and who probably has a hard-on for his lost "Aryan culture"...

Darwined..

Somehow, I think the img1.fark.net tag would have been appropriate here. Pointing a rifle at cops? That's one of the stupidest things one can do.

Indeed, I remember that as well. Also when you kill Hitler and he says "Eva...Auf Wiedersehen" before melting into a big pile of bloody goop.

MOHWowbagger: Are you referring to the ORIGINAL Castle Wolfenstein

Now that I think about it, i think that was from spear of destiny when you encountered the power armored multi mini gun wielding Hitler. Forgive me, thats been many moons and many bourbons ago.

Molon Labe what you were going for subby? With a little German substitution?

His refreshed? And even then laben is a verb.

If you were shooting for "Mein Leben", that isn't really a phrase anyone utters. Particularly not when dying.

How about "Leck mich im Arsch du blöde Fotze"?

Oh, and this is for you:

If the story about what he was doing is at all accurate, it sounds like they didn't have a helluva lot of choice in the matter.

No, that was Wolfenstein 3D, but I had to look it up to be sure.

Hitler starts off in a robotic suit and then appears in his uniform when you destroy the robotic suit. Not too tough, just use the usual stratagy of standing far away

Oddly enough, I have heard thousands of Germans say it when dying.

The guy misspelled an intentionally fractured phrase from a video game. He doesn't deserve your venom. But hey, this is FARK, so par for the course, I suppose.

they put out one a few years back. It was called return to castle wolfenstien. It was almost great untill you get to the final boss and he goes down quick. You can beat him by running up to him and stabbing him with the knife. zero skill needed there.

its weird how, in TV's COPS, et al., you never see the ones that got away or wasted a cop.

the Cops always win on TV. strange, ain't it?

that's why its called Propaganda.
