Yeah, but Subby is confusing Jameson Parker (Simon & Simon) with Parker Stevenson (Hardy Boys, Baywatch) who was married to Kristie Alley.

Right, subby?

You have no idea how many times I wonder what happened to Emilio Estevez.

Now that's a t-shirt!

This has got to be one of the worst ideas in the long, sad history of bad ideas.

Jameson Parker likes bears?, I had no idea.

Emilio did a guest appearance on 2 1/2 Men last night and he looked pretty bad. He's gained quite a bit of weight (unless it was a very small fat suit/makeup because his character was in bad health).

As a HUGE fan of the original series, all I can say is FAIL.

Besides, it's not like they'd bring Tim Reid back to play Downtown Brown anyway.

FAIL. FAIL. FAIL.

Some Texan: Emilio did a guest appearance on 2 1/2 Men last night and he looked pretty bad. He's gained quite a bit of weight (unless it was a very small fat suit/makeup because his character was in bad health).

I saw that - I don't think it was a fat suit. He was looking pretty damn hefty. But he didn't move from the chair, so it very well could have been one. There's a picture of him here (new window). This is from 2006, the Bobby premiere.

Here he is from the SAG awards (new window)

Here he is from Two and a Half Men (new window).

He's gotten big. Compare that to his IMDB profile shot for lulz.

No, he looks like that. He REALLY looks like his dad now. He's a lot older than you might think.

Doug Butabi: So anyways, I was standing there waiting to use the pay phone.
Steve Butabi: Yeah, he was, seriously.
Doug Butabi: And this guy who was on the phone, turns around and tips his hat like this.
Steve Butabi: And who do you think that guy was?
Doug Butabi: Emilio Estevez.
Steve Butabi: The Mighty Duck man, I swear to God, I was there.
Doug Butabi: Of course you were, you were the one who yelled the Breakfast Clubber's name.
Steve Butabi: I was like, "Emilio."

I used to think Jameson Parker was incredibly hot. He probably still is.

And in the style of when bad sites happen to good poeple, I present to you a hilarious tribute page (^).

I was wondering when this was going to happen.

Not that I'm a fan of the show or anything...

2008-12-17 07:47:17 AM
a few nights ago me and some friends were playing "guess the 80's theme song" and i was the only one who recognized the simon and simon theme(god i'm old)--which, when compared to so many other themes heard that night, has held up surprisingly well. relatively speaking.
dang, so many songs back then sound like they were performed on a $20 keyboard. oh, that's right, they were except that the keyboard cost $1000 and still sounded like crap.

Just came in to say that I loved Simon & Simon and Magnum, P.I.

I'd see it. I loved Simon and Simon and I think boith Charlie and Emilio are great! So this is gold for me.

I can't believe that tribute site fails to mention (far as I could see) his greatest movie, Prince of Darkness. How could you not include an entry for a movie with the cable description "Scientists find a jar containing liquid Satan"?

They're obviously not a true J.P. fan, just a wannabe...

2008-12-17 01:28:03 PM
And another bonus point for that movie is that part of it is used in the first DJ Shadow album...

/not a big fan of the movie, just sayin'
//honest, I'm not
///maybe I should take down my movie posters
////and my jar of liquid Satan

I loves me some Simon & Simon.

I haven't seen any shows since it went off the air. It probably will suck and not hold up to my girl crush on Gerald McRaney.

But, I'll watch the newer version.
