"A couple of pounds every couple of months is more than one person is going to use for themselves, so what do you do with the excess?"

Send it to me, that's what.

Too, in Canada, you will hear the word 'f uck' (etc), see penises and breasts, and generally see/hear life as it is on national tv; you will be safe from gun toting losers and cops will actually apologize for issuing tickets. The UN was right...Canada is the Best!

O Canada! Now if only I can get a growing permit for my back pains. :)

This is a good reason why pot should be legal here in the U.S. Look at how much money the Government could get from people that grow, sell, and use pot.

Pot is a cash cow for crying out loud. Legalizing pot could do what tobacco and alcohol has done, for this country.

The war on drugs is a waste of money and man power. I still do not understand why we have not moved to legalizing pot. I mean we have alcohol, and tobacco legalized in this country. So why not pot?

Damn paper companies it is all their damn fault.

When do they open the border up:?

"'it's not up to us to police who's using it," Brusatore said.'" good business policy I say.

ChemRat, don't forget the pharmeceutical companies.

Power Grow System came back up, looks to be a sweet setup. funny how their "policy" section is still under construction though...

and damn... 2 pounds every six months, that thing'll pay for itself after the first harvest!

Funny how as soon as they can't use photo radar to make money, another more profitable one pops up.

Canadian way. lol

ChemRat: They'll never make it legal cause they can't make $ off cause I'll be growing it in my backyard. The best thing they could do is sell growing permits.

Now if the machine would just pop out beer and snack food as well they would really be on to something...

I would take any excess and promptly burn it.

What they don't mention is that government weed is 10% as strong as the green you find on the streets. They don't seem to understand that allowing someone to have two mature B.C. Bud plants is a lot different from letting them grow two federal weeds.

Flakeloaf: Who cares? The product makes growing at home easy for the novices and patients alike. Someone who enjoys using the plant can purchase seeds (gov't or illicit) and do what they will. It's a wonderful thing. As for "growing 2 plants," it appears that it allows for several plants on one level, and sprouts on another.

Does anyone else wonder why Canada is ahead of the U.S. on this?

'cuz there's nothing better to do, eh.

"The high-tech industry, from personal computers to Internet entrepreneurs, is full of people who make big bucks, smoke fine weed, and look the other way while thousands continue to be jailed. Tobacco, alcohol, and crack take an enormous toll, but America has been mesmerized by a remarkable propaganda campaign that has demonized the use of soft drugs such as marijuana and psychedelics. The war on some drugs is wrong, and it's wrong to be silent about it. It's time for the digerati to break silence on this issue." Howard Rheingold, December 1998
