Lee451: I always get a great laugh out of you Obamanations. If there is a wang in my mouth, at least it would be white, which os more than any of you can say. If it upsets you to hear the truth about what you have elected, then I am personally sorry, for the USA, as it is the rest of us who will be punished by his election.

You praise and worship a "man" with no credentials, no experience and a load of Clinton loyalists on his team, and you think He will actually be in charge?

Again I laugh.

So, per your MyFark profile, you believe that a woman must live outside of the village while menstruating? After all, it's in Leviticus...

Or maybe you're just a bigoted choad who uses religion to justify his own bigotry.

I suppose it's all right as long as the dick in your mouth is white.

Is "Lee451" an alt for Samsaran? He's been noticeably silent this weekend, while this newbie has been obnoxiously audible. And awkward. He's gotta be someone's attempt at a cover.

I did it! I read them all! Aw, it took forever. You guys got trolled, biiiiig time. Like, three guys came through here and you bit on all of them. Winterwhile, Lee451, even Erebus1954.

Who remembers what we say when we see a troll? We say "Oh, no! pray don't take me. I'm too little, that I am. Wait a bit till the second Billy Goat Gruff comes. He's much bigger." Then you trit-trot-trit-trot on across the bridge.

markb289: winterwhile: "I'll give the guy a chance to be competent before piling on.
"

that the entire point, he has shown no competence, well unless you accept his funding ACORN to win an election, with massive voter fraud.

Name one instance of voter fraud. Not registrations of non-existent voter names. An actual voter who showed up to vote. Obama has shown more competence as President-Elect than Bush has shown in nearly 8 years.

Well, let's be honest here. I believe Ann Coulter was charged with voting in the wrong precinct. That is one example of voter fraud.

What about the typical mouth breathing, schoolyard bully, neocon response to the smell of their own medicine which is "typical liberal *fill in the blank* ?

Yeah, and no one remember Watergate, just that Nixon was a foreign policy genius who opened up negotiations with China.

Oh wait. . .

burndtdan: grrr let's try that again

Wow, you think you're so smart with that picture. Your ignorance betrays how little you actually know about the war you hate so much. There are so many things wrong with that picture and the caption you used it with. I know, I know, you're just trying to use it for effect to stir up people's emotions, but surely you could find a more appropriate picture to use with that quote.

First: the ship in that picture is an Oliver Hazard Perry class frigate, or FFG. The frigates all had their missile launchers removed long ago, Link (new window) so they would not have been used to launch missiles into Iraq. Fail.

Second: even if the missile launchers had not been removed from the frigates at the time of Iraqi Freedom, they are not capable of firing Tomahawk missiles. Link (new window) They are only capable of firing anti-air or anti-ship missiles. Fail.

Last: the missile pictured in the photo is an RGM-84 Harpoon anti-ship missile.Link (new window) The US Navy did not use anti-ship missiles to attack land based targets in Iraq. That is what we use the Tomahawk missile for. Link (new window) There is even an anti-ship variant of the Tomahawk missile. Again, Fail.

It took me all of about 2 minutes to round up all of this information, surely you could have done the same. I know that I won't ever convince you to see my view point, but I sure won't stand idly by and let you spew your opinions and attempt to back them up with pictures that aren't correct. I mean hell, there is a picture right there on the Wikipedia link of a Tomahawk actually being launched into Iraq during the first Gulf War from USS Missouri BB-63. Though the war and time period would be wrong, at least the missile and target would be right. A cursory GIS for Tomahawk Missile Link (new window) turns up a Ticonderoga class CG launching tomahawk into Iraq as the second search result. So please, next time you want to use pictures to get people riled up, do your research. Doing your research: so easy, a caveman could do it. Seriously. It took me all of two minutes to find this information, and there is tons more out there. Just do it.

/Yes I'm in the navy
//But doing the research is so easy even for those who don't know about ships and missiles off the top of their heads

Let's see. We remember: U.S. Confirmed Deaths
Reported Deaths: 4207
Confirmed Deaths: 4206
Pending Confirmation: 1
DoD Confirmation List

(people still remember Reagan for the 241 marines that were killed in Beirut)

People will remember when Bush himself compared Iraq to Vietnam.

People will remember him starting 2 wars, then sitting on his thumbs for 7 years while he sacrifices GOLF!

But I am sure you Republicans will refer to the whole entire War in Iraq as "The Surge™". The facts are straight Bush was told to invade but not occupy Iraq.

randomjsa: Questions for the Liberals: Did Bush free tens of millions of people or not? Do you think it likely that Obama will free more people from tyranny than Bush has?

He's freed the entire population of the U.S. from tyranny, so that's about 300 million people right there.

I'm sure someone else said it, but I wanted to say it too.

Lemme translate from the neo-con - not to be confused with actual conservatism - partisan hack,

"wah wah wah, my vagina hurts. your precious negro, wah wah wah. stay the course, we're not gonna play along with YOUR president. Wah wah wah. pass the vagasil."

Schoolyard bullies, jerkoffs, armchair warmongers and deluded greedheads who think something useful happened when the economy tanked, Iraq was invaded and the constitution was used for bogroll by the HSA, CIA and FBI.

I'm just gonna scrape you twats off of my screen because, honestly, I'm a little tired of your pissweak attempts to derail the first amount of useful optimism this country has felt in 8 years.

Won't happen, and I blame Gerald Ford for that. If he had let Nixon and his pals go to trial, it would have shown us and the world that NO ONE is about the law, not even the President. But he pardoned him, giving every President after him the pass of precedence. All Presidents pretty much know from this point on that if they overstep their bounds, it is now in the unofficial lexicon of American political culture that the next Prez has an obligation to pardon the bonehead before him, to "help the country move on."

Yeah, it would have been painful to see a President's dirty laundry dragged through the mud on a world stage. In the long term, however, it would have nipped this "executive privilege" thing in the bud and proved that even they were going to be held accountable.

LOL. The only real successful terrorist attack on US soil happened under Bush's watch and people have the balls to say he kept us safe. The only reason there hasn't been another attack is because they accomplished everything they wanted with 9/11.
