Did he makes his eyes like the eyes of a cat in the black and blue?

Dude's been busy lately...
He is pictured below in a November 7 mug shot snapped in neighboring St. Croix County, where he was charged with violating probation on a prior case.

2008-11-12 06:53:59 PM
Was he the last in line?

Or was the fight like a rainbow in the dark?

2008-11-12 06:55:44 PM
Following the assaults, police apprehended Drinkwine after a short foot chase. A subsequent Breathalyzer test recorded his blood alcohol content at .169, more than twice the state limit.

I think he was mad that he wanted to sing, but he was the last in line. THE LAST IN LIIIIIIIIIINE!!! YEEEEAAAHH!

One night in the city, sounds like one guy was left breathless, and caught in the middle. These rock and roll children have one foot in the grave these days.

2008-11-12 07:08:34 PM
I can't tell you how many times I have wanted to do the exact same thing.

Booooooooo.........

/yeah i laughed loud enough for people 15 cubes away to hear me

2008-11-12 07:17:26 PM
statistically, Holy Diver is the #1 most likely song to provoke this kind of incident

2008-11-12 07:33:59 PM
Put me in the "dissapointed that he didn't throw up the horns for his mug shot" camp.

2008-11-12 07:47:54 PM
He must give his cape and scepter to me.

and a smaller one for KG.

I guess that he wanted to be the star of the masquerade. There's no need to look so afraid

2008-11-12 07:51:08 PM
Proving yet again that all Dio fans are morons.

2008-11-12 07:52:12 PM
In the dark of the day or the black of the sun, he's coming for you!!!

LOOK OUT!

/and really... how many chances am I going to get to post that?

2008-11-12 07:52:57 PM
Well that's just asinine.

/obscure, I promise

2008-11-12 07:53:23 PM
Thought he was the Sunset Superman? Maybe he should have just Stood Up and Shouted?

2008-11-12 07:53:49 PM
I'm surprised the singer didn't hurt himself trying to reproduce Dio. That man has a freaky voice.

2008-11-12 07:55:38 PM
Awesome, combat karaoke.
I have to admit karaoke makes me a bit stabby. Getting up and leaving seems to be a better solution though.

It could have been worse. It could have been these guys.

I, for one, agree with the perpetrator.

There's 3 Living Legends in today's music. You don't mess with them.

/Bowie, Vedder and Dio, in case you're a dumbass

Before I clicked on the link, I was 100% sure I would know the guy.

/knows a guy who would do such a thing.

There's a limit to how much you can drink before running now?

2008-11-12 08:01:04 PM
I was in some Honky Tonk and drunk off my ass one night so a buddy and I decided to freak out the crowd by singing 'I Got You Babe'. Almost got into a brawl over that.

I was expecting it to be Pat Burrell.

How do you classify the Bowie parody in Flight of the Conchords?

/I'm the Ziggy-Stardust-Bowie. . .

2008-11-12 08:03:20 PM
This sounds like something I'd do.

How would one know if one had heard a 'good' performance of a Dio song?

/does not exist in nature

Ok Bowie and Dio I can agree with. But what exactly did Vedder do to qualify as a Living Legend? Not wanting to start an argument, but I would have questioned anyone being called a Legend that was popular from the 90s.

Well, I guess I'm scratching that one off my list of songs to try when I go karaoking...

/shocked by how many of you are quoting lyrics
//"All The Fools Sailed Away" verse is in my sig file
///We Rock!

Maybe not "legend", but he did start a trend where male rock singers started sounding like men again. Of course, that ultimately led to repetitive bellowing of Nickleback, so it wasn't ALL good.

Motherfarker was lucky he di'int get hisself KILT over that shiat. DIO means GOD -- you can get the mallochio right up your ass!

On a side note, if my name was "Drinkwine" -- like it was on my drivers license -- I would definitely change it.

Officer: "How much wine have you had to drink Mr. Drinkw-- oh fark it you're coming in."

/ from Dio's hometown
// gotta stickup for your homies!

Performing a Dio song poorly? That's a steamrollerin'.

What are you gonna do? Summon a hellbeast to smite me with fiery-hot fire? 'Sing' to me at such a high pitch that my eardrums rupture? What?

2008-11-12 08:12:04 PM
Dude's name was Drinkwine. I get the feeling he wasn't drinking wine.

Soundgarden would like a word

Dio is serious business

2008-11-12 08:13:11 PM
There is a reason I left the metal scene for the punk scene. At least most of our violence has some higher purpose. Not just random cockfu*kery. DIO SUCKS!

entirely true. If you don't like it, get out. But if you're just plain bad, get the hell off.

Or, if you're those guys singing Final Countdown, you hide in your mother's basement for the next three years and hope people forget why you deserve an ass-whooping.

He also started the trend of depressing, life sucks, slit your wrists music. That somehow morphed into eyeliner wearing, black, watered down goth, emo music.

Vedder was to music what John Wayne Gacy was to clowns.

Dio. Farking. Rules.

/that is all.
