Not complaining, but this's just about the one article I've seen that meets the FAIL tag's criteria specifically, and the tag wasn't used.

This is funny. But it really isn't funny when a horse gets its head caught. This typically causes them to panic and they can really do serious damage to themselves. The owners got very, very lucky if only minor injury resulted from this.
